The staff was friendly and gave good customer service. the location was convenient as it was close to popular attractions and restaurants. the linens provided were clean and fresh, which added to the comfort of the room.
The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. There were cobwebs and dust on the furniture and the walls.

Location of the hotel was decent and easily accessible from the main road. The room size was big enough to move around and included basic amenities like towels and toiletries. Plus, the receptionists were polite.
No working air conditioning even though I booked an AC room. The constant presence of mosquitoes made it impossible to get any rest.
